In a little over three years, Jack and Marg acquired three grandchildren. In 1996, Jack and Marg started spending winters in Green Valley, Ariz., and within a few years were there full-time. In 2014, Marg was diagnosed with lymphoma. In July, she was declared in remission and well enough to travel to Denver, where she returned to spend time with her family and friends before she passed away. Marg is survived by her husband, Jack, sister Lorey Klein, brother Max, daughters Barbara and Janet, grandchildren Kelly Ballenger and Michael and Nick Ratterman, and great-granddaughters Layne and Harper Ballenger.
