32 | ROCKY MOUNTAIN WATER MAY 2017 MOVERS AND SHAKERS DEWBERRY, A PRIVATELY HELD professional services firm, has pro-moted David Vidikan, P.E., to Vice President in the firm’s Denver, Colorado, office. Vidikan has extensive experience working with municipal, industrial, and commercial water and wastewater infra-structure clients. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Vidikan has delivered more than 150 water and wastewater projects, including treatment plant designs, water transmission and distribution pipelines, Dewberry Promotes Vidikan pumping stations, interceptor sewers, and a variety of other water/wastewa-ter projects spanning the Denver-area market. As business unit manager, he is respon-sible for project execution, providing business performance leadership, and overseeing client and business develop-ment initiatives. After joining Dewberry in 2014, Vidikan began supporting the team working on the Rueter-Hess Water Purification Facility that the firm designed in Parker, Colorado. In addition to earning a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Akron, Vidikan also earned his Occupational Safety and Health Administration certification and has completed multiple project management certification courses. He is a member of WEF, AWWA, and the Colorado Water Congress. His work has been presented at multiple conferences and published in magazines, including Water Environment and Technology.
