controls systems engineer with over 20 years of experience in master planning, design,
programming, and commissioning of industrial control systems.

with over 25 years of experience in air quality consulting

scientist at Yorke Engineering. She has over 40 years of experience with CEQA and is
chair of the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District Advisory Committee and chair
of the Technical Council of the Air & Waste Management Association.
